We allow most uses for the IP subnets. However, we forbid:
- Any activities forbidden by the laws of The Netherlands, and/or the laws in the customer's country.
- Torrenting (seeding specifically)
- Hosting pirated content
- Mass emailing (any kind of mass emails)
- Operating botnets
- Search engine fraud
- Any kind of fraudulent activities
In case of violation, we charge a 20 EUR cleanup fee per affected IP address (such as spamhaus listings), and in very bad cases (or repeated offenses) we will terminate the subnet.
